These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using this website and for booking any consultation or service with Jaaja Mondo Healer ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means any visitor to the website or any person who contacts us or uses our services.

By browsing this website, sending us a message, or booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

02Our Services

We offer traditional spiritual consultations and related rituals, including, among others, love binding, attracting a partner, relationship reconciliation, family matters, business and career support, cleansing of negative energy, spirit cleansing, and traditional/herbal consultations.

These services are based on traditional and spiritual belief systems. They are offered to people who choose, of their own free will, to seek this kind of support. Descriptions on this website are general information about what each service involves; the specific approach for you is agreed during your consultation.

03No Guarantee of Results

We will always work sincerely and to the best of our ability, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, whether in relationships, legal matters, business, employment, health or any other area. Experiences shared by other clients reflect their personal views and are not a promise that you will have the same experience.

Any time-frames we mention are general estimates only.

04Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Our services are spiritual in nature and are not a replacement for professional advice. In particular:

• Health: we are not a registered medical practice. Always consult a qualified doctor for any physical or mental health concern. Never stop or change prescribed medication without your doctor's advice.
• Legal matters: for divorce, custody, court cases or disputes, you should always have a qualified lawyer. Our support does not replace legal representation.

• Emotional wellbeing: if you are in distress or feel unsafe, please contact a medical professional or your local emergency services immediately.

05Traditional & Herbal Remedies

If a consultation includes traditional or herbal preparations:

• You must tell us about any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or medication you are taking before using any preparation.
• Follow the instructions given to you exactly. Do not share preparations with others.
• Stop use immediately and seek medical attention if you feel unwell.
• Keep all preparations out of reach of children.

You use any preparation at your own choice and responsibility.

06Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may decline or end a consultation at our discretion, including if we believe a service is not suitable for you.

07Your Responsibilities

When using the website or our services, you agree to:

• Give honest and accurate information during your consultation.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and never to harm, threaten, stalk or control another person.
• Respect the other person's free will and personal boundaries in any relationship matter.
• Treat us with courtesy; we may end communication with anyone who is abusive.
• Remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, before, during and after any service.

08Bookings & Consultations

Consultations can be requested through WhatsApp, email or the contact form. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it. Consultations may take place by message, phone or video call.

Before any paid work begins, we will explain what the service involves and the fee. Please ask questions at any time, as nothing proceeds until you agree.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We will do the same if we need to change an arranged time.

09Fees & Payments

• Fees are agreed with you before any service begins and are confirmed in writing (for example by WhatsApp or email).
• Payment methods and currency will be confirmed with you at booking. You are responsible for any bank, transfer or mobile-money charges.
• Work normally begins once agreed payment has been received.
• We will never ask for additional payment without first explaining the reason and receiving your agreement.

10Cancellations & Refunds

All payments for our services are final and non-refundable. Full details, including rescheduling and the limited cases where payment errors are corrected, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11Confidentiality & Privacy

Everything you share with us is treated as private and confidential. We do not share your personal details or the details of your situation with anyone, except where required by law.

Testimonials are only published with the client's clear permission, using a shortened name. How we collect, store and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12Use of This Website

The content on this website is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or free from error. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce or republish any content from this website without written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation, or send spam through our forms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date shown at the top. Terms in force at the time you booked a service apply to that service.

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly and in good faith first. Please contact us before taking any other step.
