This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website and to all communication with us by WhatsApp, phone, email or our online forms. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

We only collect information that we need to respond to you and provide our services:

We never use sensitive information for marketing and we never share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

05Why We Are Allowed to Use It

- To provide a service you asked for: arranging and carrying out your consultation.
- Legal obligations: keeping payment records where required by law.
- Legitimate interests: keeping our website secure and preventing fraud or spam.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. This will not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
06Testimonials
Testimonials are only published if you have given clear permission. We show only your first name and initial, your city or country, and the service used. Your email address and phone number are never published.
You can ask us to remove your testimonial at any time, and we will do so promptly.
07Who We Share Information With
We keep your information private. It is only handled by the following, and only as needed:
- Our website host and email provider: they store the website and deliver form messages to us.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy and are end-to-end encrypted.
- Payment providers: banks or mobile-money services process your payment under their own terms.
- Authorities: only if we are legally required to do so.
We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers or any other third party.
08Cookies & Third-Party Services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics tools to follow you around the internet.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When they load, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address. More detail is available in our Cookie Policy.
If we add analytics or other tools in future, we will update this policy first.
09How We Protect Your Information
- Our website forms are protected against spam and misuse.
- Access to your information is limited to the healer and anyone directly assisting with your service.
- Devices and accounts used to communicate with you are password-protected.
- We recommend using WhatsApp, which encrypts messages end-to-end, for sensitive conversations.
No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we take every reasonable step to protect your information.

11Clients Outside Uganda
We work with clients locally and internationally. If you contact us from outside Uganda, your information will be transferred to and handled in Uganda, and by the service providers listed above, who may be located in other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected wherever it is handled.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access: ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information.
- Objection or restriction: ask us to stop or limit how we use it.

- Complain: to the data protection authority in your country. In Uganda, this is the Personal Data Protection Office.

13Children
Our services are only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top. If we make important changes, we will make them clear on this page.
